While working alongside your key staff and project management teams our qualified Prince 2 practitioners provide a comprehensive project management service which offers flexibility to suit each individual client.
For some clients this may only include the feasibility and conceptual design phases, whilst for others, project management would span the complete project life cycle from the conceptual stage through detailed design, construction, commissioning, hand over and close out.
